Dr. Ronald J. Wiewora has spent three decades caring for the residents of West Palm Beach with thirty-minute visits, same-week diagnostics, and a direct line to your physician—not an answering service.
Dr. Wiewora founded the practice in 1998 with a single conviction: that internal medicine works best when a physician has time to think. The practice is intentionally small—fewer than six hundred active patients—so that every visit runs thirty minutes, every result is reviewed by the doctor personally, and every patient can reach him directly.
The office on the western edge of West Palm Beach was built around that idea. There is no waiting room television, no production-line scheduling, and no third-party answering service. Patients who have been with the practice for two decades still see the same physician they started with.
Care here covers the full arc of adult internal medicine—preventive visits, chronic disease management, in-house labs, and coordination with specialists across Palm Beach County when outside care is required.
Every service below is offered in-house and billed transparently. Prices reflect self-pay rates for patients without insurance; insured patients receive an itemized superbill to file directly with their carrier.
A ninety-minute annual physical with full history, cardiovascular screening, and a written health plan. Includes EKG and routine bloodwork drawn on-site.
CBC, metabolic panel, lipid panel, A1C, TSH. Results reviewed with you, not mailed.
Annual membership including unlimited same-day visits, direct physician cell access, hospital coordination, and after-hours telemedicine. Capped at 250 patients.
Destination-specific vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis, and a printed travel health brief. Ideal for patients departing from PBI.
Concierge members reach Dr. Wiewora directly outside office hours, including weekends and holidays. Non-members are invited to leave a message; all calls are returned the next business morning.
The practice runs on four convictions that have not changed since the office opened in 1998. They are the reason the average patient tenure here is fourteen years.
A thirty-minute visit is not a luxury. It is the minimum required to take a careful history, review results, and explain a plan. Twelve-minute visits miss things.
No answering service, no nurse triage wall, no portal-only contact. Members reach Dr. Wiewora directly, and non-members hear back within one business day.
Lab and imaging results are reviewed in person, in context, with a written plan. A patient never learns an abnormal result from a portal notification.
When a referral is needed, Dr. Wiewora coordinates directly with cardiology, gastroenterology, and orthopedic colleagues across Palm Beach County—then follows up.
New and established patients are welcome. Same-week appointments are typically available; concierge members are guaranteed same-day access.
