Dr. Wallace Thomas opened his internal medicine practice in West Palm Beach in 2009 with a simple idea: patients do better when their doctor isn't rushing. Fifteen years later, that's still the rule here. Visits run thirty minutes, not twelve. Questions get answered. Follow-ups happen.
The practice handles adult primary care from age 18 on — annual physicals, chronic condition management, urgent sick visits, and the diagnostics and lab work that usually get sent somewhere else. Here, most of it stays in-house.
