Our 38-person team blends time-served tradespeople with project managers who have worked on some of the capital's most demanding sites. Every job, regardless of scale, is overseen by a company director from first sketch to final snag.

Discovery & Brief
We start on site, listening. A director visits to understand your vision, budget envelope, and timeline before any quote is issued.
STAGE 02
Fixed Quote & Plan
You receive a fully itemised fixed-price quotation, a clear programme of works, and a named project lead — typically within ten working days.
STAGE 03
Construction
In-house trades begin. Weekly site meetings, fortnightly written reports, and a single point of contact throughout the build.
STAGE 04
Handover & Aftercare
A comprehensive snag list, completion certificates, and a 24-month structural warranty backed by the Federation of Master Builders.
