Village Medical — Clear Creek is a primary care practice on the League City side of Clear Creek, serving families from Clear Lake to Friendswood. We keep our panel small on purpose, so your physician actually knows your history by the time you walk in.

What started in 2019 as a two-physician practice off FM 518 has grown into a six-provider team — but the idea hasn't changed. Better access, longer visits, and a doctor who picks up the phone.
Long visits, not 8-minute ones.
New-patient slots run a full 45 minutes. Follow-ups are 20–30. We block same-day sick slots every morning so you're not waiting three days for a strep test.
On-site labs & EKG.
Most routine bloodwork and EKGs are done in-house — results back same day, no separate trip to a lab campus across town.

From pediatric well-checks to Medicare annual wellness visits — one chart, one care team, everyone on the same page.
A provider on call, every night.
Established patients reach a covering provider after hours — not a nurse triage line in another state. For emergencies, always call 911.

Tucked off FM 518 just west of I-45, with free surface parking out front and a covered drop-off for patients with mobility needs. Step inside and you'll find six exam rooms, an in-house lab, and a waiting room that doesn't feel like one.
