Do I need an appointment?

No. The Urgent Care Centre is a walk-in service — no appointment and no referral required. Just arrive during opening hours and our reception team will check you in.

What can you treat?

Minor injuries and illnesses in adults and children: fevers and infections, sprains and strains, minor scalds and burns, cuts, bites and stings. We have on-site X-ray and can suture, dress wounds, issue prescriptions and arrange follow-up.

When should I call 999 instead?

If you or someone with you has signs of a stroke (FAST), severe central chest pain, heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or a life or limb-threatening injury — call 999 immediately or go to the nearest Emergency Department.

Do you see children?

Yes. We see and treat children for minor injuries and illnesses. For serious paediatric emergencies, please take your child to the nearest A&E or call 999.

I'm visiting from abroad — can I be seen?

Absolutely. We welcome international patients and visitors to London. Our reception team will explain any charges when you arrive, depending on your circumstances.

Will I be seen quickly?

We triage every patient on arrival — 96% of patients at our Urgent Care Centre are seen by a clinician within 15 minutes of walking through the door. Total visit time depends on what you need.
