By car, by rail, by foot from the platform — the simplest of all three.

Leave the M3 at Junction 13 and turn right, signed for Eastleigh town centre. Follow the Leigh Road (A335) past The Point, the dance studios and the cinema on your left, until Leigh Road meets Southampton Road at the traffic lights. We're the white-fronted building directly opposite the station entrance — about seven minutes from the motorway in light traffic.

If you're arriving by train, walk out of Eastleigh station's main entrance, cross Southampton Road at the lights, and you are, more or less, at our front door. From London Waterloo the journey is around one hour twenty; from Winchester, nine minutes; from Southampton Central, eleven.

On-street parking sits along Southampton Road and the side streets behind the hotel; the nearest long-stay car park is at The Swan Centre, three minutes on foot.

Southampton Road is the seam. Step out of reception, look left, you'll see the platform shelters of Eastleigh. Look right and you're into the café quarter in two minutes — bowl of pho, pint, library, park, back in time for the ten o'clock news.

An unembarrassed selling point. Trainspotting welcome.
Higher floors on the station side look straight across the tracks. South Western Railway stock all day, the occasional GWR service to Portsmouth, and — for the truly committed — a freight diagram or two after dark. Mention it when you book.
