The HorseFair is an independent atelier and gathering house tucked into the old market lanes of Romsey. We craft bespoke provisions, host considered events, and shape singular interiors — all rooted in the slow craft of the Test Valley.

A revolving larder of small-batch preserves, locally milled flour, foraged Test Valley botanicals, and seasonal ferments. We source directly from Hampshire growers and feature weekly drop-offs from regional artisan cheese and charcuterie makers.

The HorseFair sits on a street that has hosted Romsey’s traders and travellers for nearly a thousand years. We took the name of the lane deliberately. Like the fairs that came before us, we are a meeting point—a place to exchange good things, good words, and good craft.
Founded in 2019 by a collective of local makers, the house has grown into a hub for the region's artisan community. Every pot, preserve, and gathering hosted here is an act of stewardship for the traditions of the Test Valley.
