What we are
An independent dining room on Stoneham Lane — quietly doing things properly since the day we opened the doors.
The Concorde sits at the end of Stoneham Lane where Eastleigh meets the trees — easy to miss if you're not looking, harder to forget once you've eaten here. The building has been a local landmark in one form or another for decades; what's inside it now is something entirely its own.
Our kitchen is small, our menus are short, and our suppliers live within forty miles. Fish from the south coast, game from the Itchen valley, bread baked in-house each morning, a wine list chosen by the glass rather than the marketing department.
You won't find gimmicks, foam, or three-hour tasting menus. You will find a properly set table, a knowing welcome, and food that tastes of where it came from.
