Our Story
Built for the coast, finished like nowhere else.
Temperature Solutions started in 2014 as a two-person crew taking on shoreline renovations that other contractors wouldn't touch — homes built too close to the water, too exposed to the salt, too often patched instead of properly fixed.
A decade later we're a full design-build firm with a quiet reputation along the Kemah waterfront. We've learned exactly which materials hold up against Gulf humidity, which fasteners don't pit, and which finishes keep their color after ten summers of direct Texas sun.
Every project — whether it's a ground-up new build or a kitchen refinish — gets the same standard: structural integrity first, then details that make a house feel deliberate. We don't chase trends. We build rooms you'll still want to come home to in 2045.

Whole-Home Renovations
Full gut remodels and structural renewals. We open up floor plans, replace aging systems, and bring older Kemah homes up to current wind and flood code without losing their character.

On-site consultation
We walk the property, listen to what you actually want, and document the conditions that matter — foundation, exposure, existing systems, and the constraints nobody else will mention until the change order shows up. Free, scheduled within a week.

Scope & fixed budget
Within five business days you receive a written scope of work and a line-item budget. Not a ballpark — a real number based on current material costs and our crew rates. We hold that number through the project.

Build with our crew
Our carpenters, finishers, and foremen are employees — not day labor. You'll see the same faces from framing to final walkthrough. Weekly progress photos, a shared build calendar, and one direct phone number for questions.

Walkthrough & warranty
We close out with a detailed walkthrough and a two-year workmanship warranty on every project. Structural elements carry a ten-year warranty. If something moves, cracks, or fails — we come back and fix it.
