The owner sees their site before paying a single cent. You’re not asking them to imagine anything — you send a link and they open it in ten seconds. Don’t like something? Everything changes, included in the price.
You keep 50% of the website price ($499). Hosting and the domain aren’t part of the calculation — your commission is the same whether the customer takes them or not.
The website is a one-time payment and never renews. From year 2 only $49/year remains, for hosting and the domain, cancellable any time. Do not negotiate the price.
You never ask the customer for cash and you never hold money. The customer pays the company directly, by card. You get your commission from us.

The customer pays by card, via Stripe, right on the site’s page. You never collect or hold the customer’s money. You only receive your commission, from us.

How we pay your commission

Download the Client List from this page. Open the call with their company’s name, not yours. You have 40 seconds to get their OK to send the link.
The company’s unique link is in your list, on its row. Send it by text, email, or WhatsApp — only to owners who showed interest on the phone. One message, one person. Never in bulk.
Ask them straight: what don’t you like? Copy, photos, colors, whole sections — everything can change, and revisions are included in the price. After delivery they get 30 days of unlimited changes, free.
Send them the payment link, or send them to readysite.us, where they look up their business and pay by card via Stripe. Delivery within 24 hours. Then you tell us about the sale.
You’ve closed the sale. From here there are three things: the first is on you, the other two are on us.
As soon as the customer has paid, tell us: email [email protected] or a message in the WhatsApp group. Send your name, the link to the site sold, and the customer’s details. Only this registers the sale in your name.
Your commission is $249, paid within 15 days of the customer’s payment. We wait 15 days because a card payment can be reversed in that window (chargeback). Then we send the money however you prefer: Revolut, bank transfer, PayPal, or USDT.
We put the customer straight in touch with our engineers. They set up the domain and hosting, send the login details, and make every change asked for. You move on to the next call.

These aren’t formalities. Every rule here exists because we’ve already lost money breaking it.
We tried bulk messaging. The number gets blocked within hours and you lose the contacts with it. Send the link only to people who showed interest on the phone.
No online store, no mobile app, no guaranteed #1 spot on Google. You sell exactly what’s on the presentation page — nothing more.
$499 for the site and $49 per year. If you offer a discount to close, it comes straight out of your commission.
Three calls maximum. If they say no, mark it in your spreadsheet and move on. There are tens of thousands of businesses on the list.
You get a unique spreadsheet, yours alone, with the businesses assigned to you, and you log every call. After every sale you tell us at [email protected] or in the WhatsApp group — otherwise the commission isn’t locked in your name.

Create your agent ID
So we can track your sales and pay your commission, pick a username and leave us your email. The username becomes your agent ID and rides in every link you send.
No password, no account. The email is only so we can reach you about your commission payout.

Every site link you share must carry your ID — otherwise the sale can’t be attributed to you and the commission can’t be paid.
In the file you download, the link_agent column already holds your personal link for every business — copy it straight from there.
Need a different format?
Every format holds the same businesses and your agent ID in every link. CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and on your phone.
Rows are automatically shuffled on every download — each agent gets the list in a different order, so you’re not all calling the same numbers at the same time.
Your commission stays yours. Every link in your list carries your unique ID — you’ll find it in the link_agent column of the Excel file. The moment the customer opens that link, your ID is stored in their browser for 180 days.
It makes no difference whether they decide the same day or two months later — thanks to the ID saved in their browser, the sale is still credited to you. You can tell them plainly, “tap the Buy button in the bottom-right corner” — your ID travels with them all the way to checkout.
The moment the customer pays, you automatically get an email from us with the business name, the order value, and confirmation of your commission.
