A focused, 11-strong team operating some of the most advanced Amada & Mazak machinery in the South — built on three decades of reputation.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Tadley, Hampshire, Tadley Engineering Ltd designs, fabricates, machines, welds, coats and assembles bespoke engineered products for industry — from electronic enclosures to heavy structural racking.

Our progress has always been built on a simple principle: keep reinvesting in the best equipment, the best software and the best people. Today our floor runs late-model Amada and Mazak CNC machinery capable of supporting complex fabrication, alongside a large range of power presses fitted with robotic auto-feed systems.

Beyond cutting, folding and joining metal, we provide surface treatments — powder coating, wet painting and metallisation — under one roof, plus electromechanical assembly inside an ISO Level 7 clean room. Our own delivery fleet completes the loop, putting finished parts on your bench, on time.
