Dr. Avallone is a board-certified internist who has cared for patients across Palm Beach County since 2011. He trained at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial in Miami, where he was chief resident in his final year.
His practice is deliberately small. He caps his patient panel at a fraction of what most Florida clinics carry, which means he can spend forty minutes with you instead of twelve, return your phone calls himself, and actually read your labs before walking into the room.
He treats the full range of adult medicine — hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, lipid management, and the quiet, undiagnosed things that show up in routine blood work. He does not concierge medicine. He does not double-book. He just practices medicine carefully.

Transparent pricing for patients paying out-of-pocket, with HSA, or between insurance plans. Most major insurers accepted and billed directly. Prices below reflect the self-pay rate for a standard visit — labs and imaging are itemized separately.
Comprehensive Annual Physical
A full 60-minute preventive exam including review of personal and family history, cardiovascular risk assessment, age-appropriate cancer screening discussion, and a written wellness plan you actually take home.
Sick Visit / Acute Care
Same-day or next-day for respiratory infections, minor injuries, rashes, and anything that should not wait two weeks but does not need an ER.
Chronic Disease Management
Hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, thyroid, and lipid disorders. Quarterly follow-ups with medication titration.
Diagnostic Lab Panel
CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1c, TSH — drawn in-office, results reviewed with you by the physician, not a portal message.
Pre-Operative Clearance
History & physical, ECG, and risk stratification for elective surgery. Typically completed within 72 hours of request.
Travel Medicine Consultation
Destination-specific immunizations, malaria prophylaxis, and a printed travel-health packet. Yellow fever vaccination available on-site.
Medication Management & Refills
For established patients only. Includes review of interactions, deprescribing where appropriate, and coordination with your pharmacy. Not a standalone visit.

The clinic is open six days a week with early morning appointments available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Walk-ins are not accepted — every patient gets a reserved slot.
