A transparent, fully-digital pipeline. Send us an intraoral scan or impression and we'll do the rest — keeping you informed at every node.

Step 01

Scan & intake

Upload your intraoral scan, model or impression. We accept every major STL/Ply source and conventional impressions.

Step 02

Digital design

Each case is designed in CAD against your prep, occlusion and shade prescription — shared for approval before milling.

Step 03

Mill & print

5-axis milling of zirconia and hybrid ceramics, in-house 3D printing of try-ins, models and surgical guides.

Step 04

Finish & deliver

Hand-staining, glaze and final QC. Photographed, packaged and dispatched to practice — ready to seat.
