Serene Respite Adult Foster Care Home was founded on a simple belief: adults who need daily support deserve to live in a real home, surrounded by familiar faces, soft light, and the smell of dinner on the stove — not a clinical wing with a roommate they never chose.
Our Dickinson home is licensed by the State of North Dakota and staffed around the clock by trained caregivers who live and work in this community. We accept only six residents at a time, so care is never rushed and every person is known by name, preference, and story.

Every service below is delivered by our in-house caregiving team — never contracted out. Rates are all-inclusive: meals, laundry, activities, and 24-hour supervision. No hidden fees.

Specialized support for residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia — calm routines, validation techniques, and secure surroundings.

Respite & Short-Term Stays
Planned relief for family caregivers — from a weekend to several weeks. Your loved one stays in our home with full care while you rest, travel, or recover.
