24/7
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity. One caregiver for every four residents, so help arrives in minutes, not on a call-light schedule.
Weekly room cleaning, daily tidy, and personal laundry washed, folded, and returned to your suite. Bed linens changed twice weekly or as needed.
Daily
Trained staff administer and document all prescribed medications, coordinate refills with Hitchcock-area pharmacies, and communicate changes to family.
Weekly
Garden time, music afternoons, weekly church transport, and monthly outings to local Hitchcock and Galveston spots — never mandatory, always optional.
A trained caregiver is awake and on-site all night, every night. Hourly checks on residents who request them, and immediate response to any call.

Seasons Personal Care Home was opened in 2014 by a Hitchcock family who could not find what they wanted for their own mother — a small house, not a facility; a caregiver who knew her name without checking a chart; meals cooked in a real kitchen, not plated from a warmer.
A decade later, we are still that house. Six private suites with their own bathrooms. A single shared dining table where everyone is expected at six. A front porch that gets used. We are licensed by the State of Texas as a Type B personal care home, which means we can support residents who need help through the night, who use a wheelchair full-time, or who are living with mid-stage dementia.
One monthly rate covers most of what residents need. Add-ons are listed below in plain dollars — no community fee, no level-of-care bait-and-switch, no long-term contract. Thirty-day notice, anytime.
