The Protocol

No guesswork.
Just clean, methodical
pest clearance.

Every job follows the same proven four-stage protocol — the same one we use for our commercial contracts. You'll always know what's happening, why, and what happens next.

Call & Assess

Ring the office or book online. We'll ask the right questions to scope the job before we even arrive — no wasted visits, no surprises on the invoice.

Survey & Quote

On-site inspection to identify the species, locate the source and assess entry points. You get a clear, fixed price before any work starts.

Treat & Clear

Targeted treatment using professional-grade products — baits, traps, sprays or dusts. Safe around children, pets and food prep areas.

Proof & Monitor

We seal up the entry points and, where needed, return for follow-up visits. The pest goes, and it stays gone.
