4,200 sq ft single-story with rammed-earth feature wall, steel-and-glass great room, and a 14-ft sliding pocket system opening to a negative-edge pool.
Family-run since 2009. We carry one project at a time through design, framing, and finish — so the crew that starts your job is the crew that hands you the keys.
RS Anderson & Co. LLC is a Scottsdale-based general contractor licensed in the State of Arizona for residential new builds, full-gut renovations, and architectural finishes. We work from a small shop on the south end of town, run by Jaime Anderson and a core crew of seven carpenters, masons, and finishers who have been with the company since the first slab was poured.
We do not chase volume. We carry a maximum of four active projects at any time so the principal is on site every week — measuring, checking joinery, walking the frame with the homeowner before it closes in. Our estimates are line-itemed and fixed. Our change orders are written, signed, and explained in plain English before the work begins.
If you are building in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, or Carefree, we would like to walk your lot before you sign anything. The desert has opinions about drainage, sun load, and foundation movement — and a good contractor tells you about them up front.
Drag, swipe, or scroll — a horizontal pass through four jobs delivered in the last eighteen months across Greater Scottsdale. Every project below was built under a fixed-price contract.

Every job we carry runs the same four-stage path. You will know what is happening, what it costs, and what comes next — from the first walk to the final punch list.
We meet on the lot or in the existing home. No drawings required. We talk budget, timeline, and the way you actually live — then sketch on the spot.
Within ten business days you receive a line-itemed, fixed-price contract. No per-change-order markup. Change orders are written, signed, and explained.
The same crew that framed your job finishes it. The principal is on site weekly. You get a Friday note with photos, schedule, and what is next.
We walk the finished space together against a written punch list. We close every item before final invoice. You get a binder with warranties, manuals, and finishes.
A look at the work itself — framing days, finish days, and the moment a house hands over. Hover any tile for the project name and year.
Tell us about the project and the property. We respond to every inquiry within two business days with a phone call and a site-walk proposal.
