We started Rewards Realty because most agents are paid very generously for the work they perform — and we believe there is room to share more of that compensation with the people who actually buy and sell the homes.
For buyers, that means a legal commission rebate of up to 2%, paid to you at closing. On a $500,000 home in Branchburg, that is roughly $5,000 back in your pocket — money you can put toward closing costs, moving, or your first renovation.
