01 — Studio
A builder that draws, a studio that pours.
Revolutionary Construction LLC was founded on a simple disagreement with how most remodeling gets done in the Valley: bid low, change-order the difference, leave the homeowner to manage the fallout.
We work the other way. Every project starts with a measured walk of the lot and a fixed-scope estimate you can read in one sitting. Drawings, selections, and schedule live in one shared file — yours, not ours — so the only surprises are the ones worth having, like a vaulted lid that catches Camelback light at 4 p.m.
We're a small studio by design. Two principals, a core crew of seven, and a short list of licensed trades we've worked with since 2014. That's enough to build a 6,200-square-foot home from slab to keys, and small enough that the person who bid your job is the person who signs off on the final walk.
We hold an Arizona ROC license, carry full general-liability and workers' comp, and bond every project over $50,000. Our work has ranged from a 480-square-foot casita behind a Linwood Estates lot to a full gut-and-rebuild of a 1979 double-wide in the town proper.
The thread connecting them isn't square footage — it's the same conversation, had early and often, about what a house is for. Most of our clients come from past clients, which is the only metric we track that we're willing to brag about.
If you've got a lot in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, or the unincorporated county islands between them, we'd like to walk it with you. No charge for the first visit, no deposit to get a number.

$0no obligation03 — Selected Work
Built in the Valley.
A short cross-section of recent projects across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and the county islands. Every one was bid fixed-scope, finished on the schedule we set at walk, and photographed the week of final walk — no staging.
04 — Process
Four steps. No change-order theatre.
We've spent eleven years removing the parts of construction that homeowners hate — the surprise invoices, the missing crew, the drawings that don't match the framing. What's left is four honest steps.
Walk & Listen
We meet on your lot, measure what's there, and listen for what's not in the brief yet — the view you want to wake up to, the wall you've been tolerating, the budget you haven't said out loud.
60–90 minutes · no charge
Scope & Number
Inside a week you receive a fixed-scope estimate, line-itemized down to the fixture allowance, with a schedule that names the trade on each week. No allowance games, no "TBD" rows.

One shared file holds drawings, selections, daily site photos, and the live schedule. You see what we see, the day we see it. The foreman on your bid is the foreman on your slab.

"They bid it honestly, built it on the schedule, and the only change order we signed was one we asked for. That's not normal in this town."
