For over a decade, Meridian House has worked quietly across Fulham, Chelsea, Putney, and the wider South West London postcodes. We are a small team of architects, master joiners, and project leads who would rather do one house exceptionally well than ten houses adequately.

Every project begins with a measured survey and an honest conversation about budget. We don't chase the biggest jobs — we chase the right ones. Houses with stories. Clients who notice the grain of a skirting board. Rooms worth doing properly.

    We measure the house, read its history, and learn how you actually live before putting pencil to paper.

  2. Design & quote

    Detailed drawings, a fixed-price quote, and a realistic programme — no vague estimates, no surprises mid-build.

  3. Consent & prep

    Planning, listed building consent, party wall notices — handled by us, signed off before a single hammer swings.

  4. Build & handover

    Clean site, weekly progress notes, and a final walk-through with a ten-year structural guarantee on the works.

They treated our slightly tired Victorian terrace like it was their own home. Eight months on site, not a single raised voice, and the joinery still makes me pause in the hallway every morning.
