Dr. Raiza Lopez is a board-certified internist caring for adults across West Palm Beach, from young professionals navigating their first adult physical to retirees managing three prescriptions and a list of questions.
The practice is intentionally small. That means 30-minute visits instead of fifteen, follow-up calls that actually happen, and a chart thick enough to remember what we tried last winter. We do not run a concierge model and we do not charge a membership fee — just thoughtful primary care, billed transparently, for people who would rather have one good doctor than a rotating cast of them.
Most new patients are seen within the same week. We accept major commercial insurance and offer self-pay rates for those between plans.
What we treat, and what it costs.
Transparent self-pay pricing for the most common visits. If you have insurance, we bill your plan directly and you only owe any applicable copay at the time of visit. These prices are for uninsured patients and include the full visit — no facility fees, no surprises.
- 01 Annual wellness exam A 45-minute head-to-toe preventive visit, including blood pressure, cardiovascular screening, age-appropriate labs, and a written care plan for the year ahead. $285self-pay
- 02 Chronic disease management Ongoing care for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, and asthma. 30-minute follow-ups with lab review and medication adjustments as needed. $160per follow-up
- 03 Same-day sick visit Acute concerns — fever, cough, urinary tract infections, rashes, minor injuries. Most appointments available within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. $140self-pay
- 04 Telehealth video visit Secure video follow-ups for medication refills, lab result reviews, and minor concerns. Available to established patients anywhere in Florida. $95per session
- 05 Comprehensive lab panel CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, hemoglobin A1C, thyroid (TSH), and vitamin D. Drawn in-office with same-week results and a plain-language summary. $120self-pay
- 06 Pre-operative clearance History and physical, ECG, and any labs required by your surgeon, with a signed clearance letter sent to the surgical team within 48 hours. $320self-pay
- 07 Medication management & refills Review of every prescription, supplement, and over-the-counter medication you take, with a consolidated list and interaction check. Includes refills for stable chronic conditions. $85per review
