We provide a range of community health services from Petersfield Hospital, including two dedicated rehabilitation wards run by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust also runs services on site, expanding the breadth of care available under one roof.

Our aim is to provide individualised care tailored to patients' needs whilst promoting independence — supporting patients and families through every stage of recovery and decision-making.
Rowan Ward is a 21-bedded unit specialising in the frailty and rehabilitation of adult patients, alongside End of Life Care. The ward is currently closed — further updates will follow. We continue to support Rowan patients through Cedar Ward and partner services across the Trust.
