Time, on your side.
Standard visits run thirty minutes — not the seven minutes most primary care practices allow. Enough time to ask the second question that always matters more than the first.
A note from Dr. Khan
I opened Palm Beach Physicians Group in 2009 with a single, stubborn conviction: that internal medicine is not a transaction. It is a long conversation between a doctor and a patient, sometimes lasting decades, in which the chart is only a small part of the story.
Our office on PGA Boulevard sees adult patients for everything from annual physicals and Medicare wellness visits to the unglamorous, essential work of managing hypertension, type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, and the slow accumulation of middle age. We run labs in-house. We answer our own phones. And we keep visits long enough that no one leaves feeling unheard.
If you are tired of being rushed through a seven-minute appointment, you are in the right place.
PGA Boulevard — Suite 410
What we treat
From preventive screening to chronic disease management, our office handles the great majority of adult medical needs under one roof. Most services are billed through your insurance; the self-pay rates below apply to patients without coverage.
Prices listed are indicative starting points for self-pay patients and include the office visit. Lab work, imaging, and procedures are billed separately. We will always discuss cost before proceeding.
In-house diagnostics
Comprehensive preventive exam including vitals, cardiovascular screening, cancer risk review, and a full medication reconciliation. Medicare Annual Wellness Visit included.
Ongoing care for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, asthma, and COPD. Includes between-visit message access and quarterly review.
CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, HbA1c, TSH, and vitamin D — drawn and resulted in-office, typically within the same appointment.
12-lead resting EKG with physician interpretation. Used for baseline screening, palpitation workup, and pre-operative cardiac clearance.
Same-day or next-day appointment for respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, minor injuries, and other acute concerns.
History and physical, EKG, and lab work required before surgery. Includes a written clearance letter forwarded to your surgeon within 48 hours.
Standard visits run thirty minutes — not the seven minutes most primary care practices allow. Enough time to ask the second question that always matters more than the first.
You see Dr. Khan at every visit — not a rotating cast of mid-levels and locums. Continuity is not a luxury in medicine; it is the entire point of having a primary care physician.
We follow USPSTF screening guidelines, not wellness-industry trends. If a test is not going to change what we do, we will tell you so — and save you the copay.
