Palm Beach Diabetes and Endocrine Specialists was founded in 2009 by a small group of clinicians who believed endocrine care had become too transactional. We built a practice where a sixty-minute new-patient visit is the standard, not the exception.

Our team manages Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions, osteoporosis, and reproductive hormone health. We pair board-certified endocrinology with on-site registered dietitians and certified diabetes educators — so your care plan lives in one chart, under one roof.

From our office in West Palm Beach, we serve patients across Palm Beach County and the broader South Florida corridor, with telehealth follow-ups available throughout the state of Florida.

Quarterly endocrine visits, lab review, medication titration, and coordinated care with your primary physician. Includes personalized A1C target planning.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre setup, sensor calibration, and clinician-reviewed trend reports every two weeks. Insurance coordination included.

Thyroid & Parathyroid Care

Diagnostic ultrasound, fine-needle biopsy when indicated, and long-term management of hypo- and hyperthyroidism, including Hashimoto's and Graves'.

Insulin Pump Therapy

Pump initiation, training, and quarterly titration for Type 1 and insulin-dependent Type 2 patients. Compatible with Tandem, Omnipod, and Medtronic systems.

Adrenal & Pituitary Evaluation

Comprehensive stimulation testing, imaging coordination, and replacement therapy for adrenal insufficiency, Cushing's, and pituitary adenomas.
