On The Way AC Plumbing & Electric started as a two-person HVAC and plumbing outfit running service calls across the Santa Fe plateau. Over fourteen years we grew into a full construction and remodeling contractor because our clients kept asking the same question — can you just handle the whole thing?
Today we run new builds, gut renovations, additions, mechanical retrofits and the detail work that closes out a job. We walk the property, measure, and listen. Most visits take under an hour. Free for any job inside the Santa Fe metro area.

Fixed Estimate
A line-item quote with materials, labor, permits and a real schedule. Good for thirty days. No “allowances” that balloon later.

Build
One crew, weekly check-ins, photos at every milestone. Permits pulled, inspections scheduled, dust contained where we can.

Walk-Through
Punch list, final walkthrough, warranty paperwork. Five-year workmanship coverage on structural and mechanical work we install.
