Our story
We started Office Share in 2017 because every shared office in Manhattan felt like an airport lounge with worse coffee. Loud open plans, lock-in contracts, and a front desk that treated you like a guest in your own workplace.
So we built the opposite. Forty-two private offices across two floors of a Midtown loft, a quiet library room, four meeting rooms, and a kitchen that actually gets used. Members stay an average of nineteen months — not because they have to, but because they want to.
No deposits. No setup fees. Move in on a Tuesday, leave on a Friday. We'll prorate the days.

A lockable 80–110 sq ft office with one desk, one ergonomic chair, a filing cabinet, and a window. Best for founders, freelancers, and one-person LLCs who need a real door.
220–400 sq ft suites that fit three to six people. Furnished with adjustable desks, task chairs, a small whiteboard, and a door that closes. Includes four meeting-room hours per month.
Your own desk in a quiet shared studio of twelve seats. Same desk every day, lockable pedestal, monitor arm ready. Twenty-four-hour fob access included.
Drop in for the day. A first-come seat in the open studio, full kitchen access, two hours of meeting-room credit, and as much coffee as you can politely drink.
Four rooms, sized for four to sixteen people. Each has a 65" display, HDMI, whiteboard, and conference phone. Members book through the dashboard; non-members book by email.
Use our Midtown address on your LLC filing, business cards, and mail. We receive, sort, and forward your mail weekly and notify you on every package that arrives.
The full second floor after 6pm: a 1,800 sq ft lounge with a kitchen, projector, and capacity for sixty people standing. Good for launches, workshops, and quarterly offsites.
Walk-in notary service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Color laser printing up to 13×19, scanning to PDF, and document shredding. Billed per use, no minimum.
