For over two decades, Norris HVAC Clean has restored indoor air quality for homes and small businesses across Paradise Valley — one duct, one vent, one careful inspection at a time.
We are a family-run air duct cleaning specialist serving the Paradise Valley area. Our work sits at the intersection of mechanical precision and genuine care for the people living behind every vent we touch.
Most homeowners never see the inside of their ductwork — and that is exactly where the problem begins. Dust, allergens, mold spores, and construction debris quietly accumulate year after year, circulating through every room each time the system kicks on. We remove all of it, down to the register.
Our process combines negative-pressure vacuum equipment with manual agitation tools that dislodge what standard cleaning leaves behind. Every job ends with a camera walkthrough so you can see the difference for yourself. No upsells, no mystery fees, no surprises on the invoice.
Every service below is performed in-house by our own trained technicians — never subcontracted. Pricing is transparent and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Full-system cleaning from the main trunk line to every supply and return register. We use negative-pressure vacuum collection paired with rotary agitation to dislodge dust, debris, and allergens. Includes before-and-after camera inspection.
Lint buildup in dryer vents is one of the leading causes of household fires. We clear the full run from the dryer to the exterior wall, measure airflow before and after, and confirm the exhaust path is fully open.
A 32-point inspection covering blower assembly, coils, heat exchanger, electrical connections, and refrigerant levels. Includes a written condition report with prioritized recommendations and photos.
EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment applied after cleaning. Designed to neutralize mold spores, mildew, and odor-causing bacteria throughout the duct system. Recommended after water damage or visible mold growth.
Crushed, disconnected, or non-compliant vent runs replaced with rigid metal ductwork. We bring the system up to current code and improve airflow — reducing dry times and fire risk in one visit.
Twice-yearly maintenance program covering filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant check, and full system tune. Members receive priority scheduling and 15% off any repair work performed during the year.
