New York Convenience sits on a quiet block on the Lower East Side, between a laundromat and a bar that's been there longer than most of us. We're not a chain and we're not trying to be one. We stock what the block actually needs: milk and eggs, phone chargers, a decent cup of coffee, a six-pack on the way home, the brand of chips your kid likes, the laundry detergent that doesn't make you itch.
We open at six in the morning for the early shift and we close at two — late enough for the bartenders, the nurses, the night students, and anyone who ran out of something on a Tuesday. If you live or work within a mile, we'll bring it to you.
Prices are what's on the shelf today. We adjust for the seasons and the suppliers, but not by much. Cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EBT all work at the register.

We deliver within a one-mile radius of the store — most of the Lower East Side, East Village, and the edges of Chinatown. Orders are usually at your door in 25 to 40 minutes. Minimum order is fifteen dollars.
It's not a big store. That's the point. You can see the whole room from the door, and the whole room is built to get you back out the door with what you came for.
