Specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy in Marchwood, Southampton. Backed by seventeen years of clinical practice — treating back pain, sports injuries, and the everyday aches that hold you back.
Since 2007, our practice has been built on a single belief: recovery should feel personal — never rushed, never generic.
What began in September 2007 as a single treatment room at Gang Warily Recreation Centre in Fawley has grown into a trusted physiotherapy practice serving the whole of Southampton and the New Forest.
A second clinic followed in Southampton in June 2012, and in January 2024 the practice found its permanent home at 40 Kingfisher Way in Marchwood — a calm, purpose-built space with parking right at the door.
Every treatment plan here starts with a conversation. We work through what's hurting, what's stopping you, and what you want to get back to — then build a path forward that fits your body, your sport, and your life.
