Our internist trained at Mount Sinai in New York and built this practice in South Florida for patients who want more than a fifteen-minute visit. Every appointment is scheduled for a full hour. Every lab result is reviewed with you, in person, by the physician who ordered it.
Membership is capped at two hundred and twenty patients per doctor. That ratio is the entire premise of the practice. It is what makes same-day appointments possible, what makes direct cellular access possible, and what makes a careful, unhurried differential diagnosis possible — even for the complaints that defy easy categorization.
For complex cases, we coordinate directly with subspecialists across Palm Beach County and our retained Mount Sinai network in Manhattan. You remain the patient of one internist. We remain accountable for the whole of your care.
A comprehensive four-hour evaluation: full history, advanced cardiovascular screening, laboratory panel, ECG, pulmonary function, and a private physician debrief. Includes a written health summary.
Continuous care for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic syndrome. Quarterly review, medication titration, and between-visit messaging.
Age-appropriate cancer screening, bone density, comprehensive bloodwork, and immunization review. Mammogram, colonoscopy, and dermatology referrals coordinated in-network.
Pre-travel immunizations, malaria prophylaxis, regional risk briefing, and a personalized medical kit. Post-travel evaluation for fever, gastrointestinal illness, or exposure concerns.
Physician-supervised metabolic reset over twelve weeks. Body composition analysis, nutrition counseling, behavioral coaching, and where clinically appropriate, FDA-approved pharmacotherapy.
For members who are unwell, traveling, or simply prefer the discretion of a private visit. Available throughout Palm Beach County and to select residences in Manhattan by arrangement.

Mount Sinai New York–Concierge Care is located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and serves patients throughout Palm Beach County. Our Manhattan coordination is available to members who travel regularly between Florida and New York.
