Our Position
Medigold Health is an independent occupational health practice based at Basepoint on Andersons Road, ten minutes from Southampton Central. We work with employers across Hampshire and the Solent — from single-site manufacturers to multi-site logistics operators, NHS contractors, marine businesses and professional services firms.
Our clinicians don't run a call centre. Every case is handled by a named OH advisor with oversight from a consultant-level physician, which means reports land quickly, referrals aren't lost in translation, and your managers get clear, actionable advice — not 40 pages of hedged clinical caveats.
What we do
Six core services cover the vast majority of what Southampton employers actually need. Everything is delivered by our own clinical team — we don't sub-contract referrals to a faceless national provider.
Fast-turnaround health screening for new starters, tailored to the role and any relevant workplace hazards. Digital questionnaires reviewed by an OH advisor, with face-to-face assessments only when clinically required.
