A comprehensive annual physical with your internist — history review, vital signs, cardiovascular assessment, and personalized prevention plan. Typically 45 minutes face-to-face with your physician.
Ongoing care for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, and other long-term conditions. Includes medication management and quarterly follow-up visits.
On-site phlebotomy and full-service lab for complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, A1C, thyroid function, and urinalysis. Results within 24 hours.
Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry for osteoporosis screening and fracture risk assessment. Performed in-office by certified technicians with same-day interpretation.
Abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, and vascular ultrasound studies performed on-site. Avoids a separate hospital visit and gets results to your physician faster.
Routine diagnostic X-ray for chest, extremity, and skeletal evaluations. Digital imaging means lower radiation dose and immediate review by your internist.
Pulmonary function testing for asthma, COPD, and other respiratory conditions. Includes pre- and post-bronchodilator comparison when clinically indicated.
