We hand-stretch every dough, simmer our sauces slow, and toss the pizza the old way — high enough that the kids in the dining room can watch it fly. It's a small show, but it's ours. Whether you're a local who knows the order by heart or a visitor wandering off the Strand, you'll be treated like you've been coming here for years. Because in a way, you have.
