For more than a decade, Mainland Pulmonary Associates has cared for the Texas Gulf Coast's most complex lungs — and the people who depend on them. We see patients daily in our Texas City and League City clinics, and we round on the intensive care units at most of the hospitals across the Texas City and Webster areas.
Every patient is evaluated with a common-sense, financially cognizant approach. That means we order the tests that actually change management, we explain our reasoning in plain language, and we work with all major insurances so the cost of breathing better doesn't become its own burden.
Our physicians are quadruple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine, and they participate in the Maintenance of Certification program through the American Board of Internal Medicine to stay current on the newest medical advances.

Sleep Medicine
Treatment for the full spectrum of sleep disorders — obstructive and central sleep apnea, insomnia, parasomnias, restless legs, and shift-work sleep issues. We are preferred INSPIRE Sleep Implant providers.
Critical Care Medicine
Caring for the most complex patients in the intensive care unit — respiratory failure, sepsis, post-operative recovery, and prolonged ventilation. Our physicians round at the major Mainland medical centers daily.

We provide services at all major local hospitals — Gulf Coast Mainland Medical Center, Clear Lake Regional, and the Mainland medical campus network. One team, following you across the care continuum.
