We handle the entire below-ground package — drawing on local geological knowledge of the London Basin clays and chalk strata common across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.

Foul and surface water systems, attenuation crates, and permeable drainage. We sign off with full CCTV surveys and building control approval.

Magma Groundworks was founded by tradesmen who got tired of watching corners get cut. We run a tight fleet of modern plant, a directly-employed workforce, and a strict no-subbie policy on the technical packages.
Based five minutes from Hook railway station, we cover a 30-mile radius across North Hampshire, Surrey borders and Berkshire. We turn up when we say we will, protect the parts of your site we’re not working on, and leave the compound broom-clean at handover.

Site visit & scope
Free site walkover within two weeks. We measure, photograph and confirm ground conditions before any quote goes out.

Fixed quote
Itemised, lump-sum quotation within five working days. No dayworks surprises, no hidden plant hire, no vague clauses.

Mobilise
Plant booked, permits raised, welfare booked. We agree a start window and confirm your dedicated site lead by name.
04
Deliver & sign off
We dig, pour, connect and backfill. Final inspection with building control handled in-house, with full photo handover.
