Lloyd C. LaGrange Jr., MD, trained at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial in Miami. He has practiced in West Palm Beach since 2009, seeing patients through every season of adult life — from the first adult physical at twenty-two to the complex care of late adulthood.
The practice is intentionally small. A single physician, a nurse, and a front-desk coordinator — so the person who answers the phone knows your name, and the person reading your labs is the one who ordered them.
We accept most major commercial insurance and offer transparent self-pay rates for patients between plans. No concierge membership required.

The office sits in a low-slung medical building two blocks from the intracoastal. Three exam rooms, a small lab, and a waiting area that rarely has anyone waiting in it.

Located in the medical district of West Palm Beach, with on-site parking and step-free access from the street. New patients are welcome; we ask only that you bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications to the first visit.
