05First-contact support, medication reviews, and onward referral to talking therapies. We work closely with local IAPT services and the Living Well Partnership wellbeing team.
06Full travel health advice, NHS and private vaccinations, and yellow fever-certified travel clinics. Book at least six weeks before departure where possible.
General practice works best when it is a relationship, not a transaction. Here is what you can expect from your first contact through to ongoing care with the Living Well Partnership.
Complete a simple registration form online or at reception. Our team will confirm your catchment eligibility and book a welcome health check within four weeks.
You will be allocated a usual GP and a usual nurse. Wherever possible, your appointments are with the people who already know your history — and your name.
Phone from 8am for same-day triage. Our duty clinician will call you back, advise, and book a face-to-face appointment the same morning when clinically needed.
Over time, your record, your preferences and your care plan all sit with the same small team. Less repetition, better decisions, and a surgery that knows you.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am, and Saturday mornings for pre-booked appointments. New patients are very welcome — our reception team will guide you through a quick, friendly registration.
