Hearing scratching in the loft? Rats under the floor? Wasps in the eaves? For over 25 years, Latham Pest Control has been clearing properties across Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and Wiltshire — fast, discreetly, and for good.
Latham Pest Control is a family-run business that has been protecting homes and commercial premises across Hampshire since 1993. We're not a call centre, a franchise, or a national chain — we're the local specialists your neighbours have been calling for decades.
Our experienced team handles everything from a single wasp nest to long-standing rodent infestations that other companies have failed to shift. If you've had a problem for months or even years, talk to us. We'll find the source, seal the entry points, and make sure they don't come back.
We work with domestic and commercial customers across Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and Wiltshire — quietly, professionally, and effectively.
From a single wasp nest to a years-long rodent problem — if it creeps, crawls, scurries or stings, we've dealt with it before. Call us on 023 8027 1491.
Noises in the loft, cavity wall or under the floor? We locate the runs and shut them down.

+ Loft clearance · Rodent prevention contracts · Commercial pest control · Ongoing maintenance
We don't just lay bait and leave. Every job follows a clear, methodical process — the same one we've refined over three decades on Hampshire's domestic and commercial properties.
Full site survey. We find the runs, nests, entry points and the source of the infestation — not just the symptoms.
Targeted, professional-grade treatment using the right method for the pest, the property and the people inside it.
We seal up the entry points so the problem doesn't return next week, next month, or next season.
Follow-up visits and ongoing prevention contracts for commercial premises and high-risk properties.
Based at 11 Ford Avenue, Chandler's Ford, we cover Eastleigh and the surrounding areas — including Southampton, the wider Hampshire region and across into Wiltshire.
