Kleper De Almeida MD LLC was founded on a simple premise: adults in West Palm Beach deserve a doctor who has the time to think. We keep our patient panel intentionally small so appointments run on time, calls get returned, and your physician actually knows your name — not just your chart number.
Our focus is internal medicine for adults 18 and older, from routine preventive care through complex chronic conditions. No urgent care queues, no rotating cast of providers, no 12-minute visits.
