Jeff Kwartler is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Prime working the central Phoenix corridor from Camelback East to North Central. Twenty-three years of listing, leasing, and advising on the kind of homes that don't fit a template — Spanish revival in Willo, mid-century bones in Arcadia Lite, block-built ranches in Sunnyslope.
I run a one-agent practice inside RE/MAX Prime's Central Phoenix office. No team of assistants, no call-center handoffs. The person who lists your home is the person who negotiates your offer, walks your appraisal, and sits at the closing table. That continuity is the entire point.
I work a six-ZIP territory — 85012, 85013, 85016, 85018, 85020, 85014 — and I have closed inside every one of them more than fifty times. When I price a home in Willo I am pricing against the comps I walked last Tuesday, not the ones the algorithm scraped last quarter.
RE/MAX Prime gives me the back-office, the network, and the signage. The judgment is mine.
Every engagement starts with a no-cost walk-through and a written comparable-market analysis. You leave that conversation with a number and a plan, even if you never sign with me.

Long-term residential leasing for owners of single-family and townhome inventory across Central Phoenix. Tenant placement, lease drafting, renewal.
Written comparable-market analysis for owners considering a sale, refinance, or estate planning. Two business-day turnaround, no obligation.
Hourly consultation for owners weighing a sale in the next twelve to thirty-six months: timing, pre-list prep, and capital improvements that pay back.
A predictable cadence with a weekly written update. You always know which step we are on and what is next.
60–90 minutes on site. I look at condition, sightlines, lot orientation, and the things photos never show. No checklist, no clipboard.
Day 1–3A written CMA with three comps, two adjustments, and one number. We talk through it on a call. You decide whether to move forward.
Day 4–7Staging direction, trade coordination, and a photo shoot with a Phoenix-based architectural photographer. We fix what pays back.
Day 8–12MLS, RE/MAX network syndication, and a private broker preview. Showings begin the following morning. Weekly report until closing.
Day 13–14The full commission schedule, in writing, before you sign. The buyer-side fee is offered in the MLS; the listing-side fee is what I earn. That is the whole structure.
There are no admin fees, transaction fees, technology fees, or "compliance" charges added at closing. The number above is the number on the settlement statement.
A snapshot of the last half-year. Average days on market: 11. Average list-to-sale ratio: 102.4%. The market here still rewards a correctly priced home.
Fill out the form and you will receive a written comparable-market analysis within two business days. No auto-reply funnel, no sales call queue. The reply comes from Jeff directly, from a Phoenix area code.
