We are a third-generation, family-run construction and remodeling firm working the length of Galveston County and the greater Houston Gulf Coast. From a slab pour to the last coat of trim paint, every Cook project is run by a Cook — never handed off to a sub you have never met.

Our shop sits two blocks from the bay, where the salt air teaches you to build things that last. We specialize in wind-rated framing, elevated coastal foundations, and finish carpentry that holds up to a Texas summer and a Gulf hurricane in the same week.

Slab, frame, and finish — a turnkey home delivered on a fixed-price contract with weekly site walks and a one-year structural warranty.

Plans, structural engineering, and TWIA windstorm paperwork are drawn and submitted by our team. We do not break ground until the city signs off.

Build & Weekly Walks

A Cook family foreman is on site every working day. You get a Friday photo update and a phone call — never a portal you have to log into.

Phase 04

Punch-Out & Warranty

A 72-point punch list, a final walk-through together, and a one-year structural warranty backed by three generations of Texas City reputation.
