Physician oversight, skilled nursing visits, personal-care aides, medical equipment, and comfort medications — delivered where your loved one already lives. The Medicare Hospice Benefit covers this in full for eligible patients.
When pain or breathing symptoms spike, a nurse stays at the bedside in shifts of 8 to 24 hours until the crisis passes — keeping your loved one out of the emergency room and at home, where they belong.
For symptoms too complex to manage at home, we arrange transfer to one of our contracted Galveston County inpatient units — close enough for daily family visits, with our team continuing to direct care.
Family caregivers need rest, too. Up to five consecutive days of inpatient care for your loved one, covered under the hospice benefit, so you can sleep, attend a wedding, or simply breathe.
Thirteen months of follow-up for the family after a loss — phone check-ins, support circles in Texas City, and one-on-one counseling with a licensed social worker. Available to the whole household, not only the named caregiver.
