HB Reavis UK Ltd operates from the Ground Floor of Worship Square on Clifton Street — a stone's throw from Liverpool Street and the heart of the Eastern City cluster. As the British arm of an international workspace provider, the London studio carries forward a thirty-year practice in development, design and operation of buildings that people genuinely want to work in.

The portfolio spans landmark Grade-A office, mixed-use regeneration and — most recently — purpose-built student accommodation, with planning secured for the group's first PBSA scheme. Every building is run, not just built: a Leesman-certified approach to workplace experience runs through leasing, fit-out and the day-to-day.
