Our Story

Built around the people we serve.

Harmony Home Care began in a small Bay City living room in 2011, when our founder — a registered nurse of twenty years — saw firsthand how difficult it was for families to find trustworthy, consistent care for aging parents.

What started as a single-caregiver operation has grown into a team of forty-two licensed nurses and aides serving the Bay City area. Our promise hasn’t changed: we hire for compassion first, train for skill second, and treat every client like family — because that’s the standard we’d want for our own.

Today we support families across Essex, Pinewood, and the Lakeshore corridor with everything from medication management to 24-hour live-in care. Every plan is built around the person, not the schedule.
