Since 2008, Gio's Flying Pizza & Pasta has been the place where laughter drifts across long wooden tables and the aroma of fresh dough rises from the open kitchen. Built on decades of culinary experience, this veteran-owned, family-operated favorite was envisioned as a welcoming space where every guest feels at home.
We're located just west of I-45 South on FM 517 in Dickinson, Texas — right across from Sutherlands Hardware. Each dish is made to order with care, bringing families and friends together over comforting flavors, attentive service, and moments that turn into cherished traditions.
