Fryers
Pitco 40 lb Gas Fryer
Rebuilt stainless twin-basket with millivolt controls and a fresh drain valve. Ready for a Friday dinner service.
Fry's started in 2013 with a single salvage fryer and a borrowed truck. Twelve years on, we're still the place Scottsdale kitchens call when the lunch rush goes sideways.
We're a small shop on North Scottsdale Road that sells the kind of cooking equipment a real kitchen actually uses — gas fryers, flat-top griddles, offset smokers, and the small parts that decide whether you make it through a Friday dinner service. No showroom theatre, no glossy catalogues. Just steel on the floor and someone who knows the difference between a millivolt valve and a pilot assembly.
Most of what we sell is rebuilt and warrantied. Some of it is new. All of it is something we'd put in our own kitchen first. If you're opening a spot in the Valley, replacing a fryer that finally gave up, or just need a thermocouple by 4 p.m. — walk in. We'll figure it out together.
A rotating cut of what we carry. Stock moves fast — call ahead for today's list. Prices in USD, warranty included unless marked otherwise.
Fryers
Rebuilt stainless twin-basket with millivolt controls and a fresh drain valve. Ready for a Friday dinner service.
Griddles
Polished steel plate, manual gas valves, four burners underneath. Even heat across the whole surface.
Smokers
Heavy-gauge steel offset firebox, tuning plates, new grates. Low and slow for the long Sunday pull.
Ovens
Compact convection oven, 1/4 sheet pan capacity, 208V single phase. Fits a tight line in a small kitchen.
Parts
Millivolt valves, pilot assemblies, thermocouples, drain valves, O-rings. The small stuff that breaks at 5 p.m.
Prep
Reinforced 16-gauge top, undershelf, four casters. The workhorse you actually need behind the line.
Beverage
Two-group head, rebuilt pump, fresh gaskets. Pulls a clean shot — built for a small café line.
No membership, no glossy brochures. The reasons people drive in from Tempe, Mesa and Phoenix to shop here.
Thermocouples, valves, O-rings, pilot assemblies — most days you walk out with the part. No "we'll call you back."
Most repairs are back on the line in three days. Emergency work goes to the front — we know what a down fryer costs you.
Old fryer, dead griddle, retired oven — bring it in. We'll quote it on the spot and credit it toward your next unit.
Scottsdale to Tempe, Mesa to Phoenix. Tuesday through Saturday, scheduled by phone. Heavy items routed first.
A look around the shop. Rebuilt units waiting for pickup, parts sorted in bins, the back bench where the real work happens.
Walk in any day of the week. We close for thirty minutes at 1 p.m. — the kettle needs a rest, and so do we.
We deliver across the Phoenix metro — heavy items routed first, smaller parts go by courier. Call before 11 a.m. for same-day pickup at the counter.
We're easiest to reach by phone or in person. Walk in with a question, a broken valve, or just a sketch of the kitchen you're building — we'll figure out the rest together.
