To continue providing exceptional, lifelong care, we have welcomed Dr. Danelia Castellon, a highly experienced family medicine doctor, to lead our adult care services. Under the ownership of Dr. Ashu Syal, we have expanded into a state-of-the-art facility right next door to our original Fairmont Parkway location.

Through the Connected Care Network, Fairmont patients have access to family medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, and NAG Mindful Therapy — across Pasadena, La Porte, Texas City, Pearland, Houston, and Corpus Christi.
