02 / APPROACH

A hands-on philosophy is the whole point of EJC. There is no distant contracts manager routing every decision through a helpdesk. Directors are on the tools, on the phone and on the site — backed by Site Managers and Site Engineers who supervise the work in person, every day.

Scope & Price

Traditional measured Bills of Quantities, lump-sum against specification and drawings, or full Design & Management — we'll tell you which route fits your job, not which fits ours.

Programme & Build

One of our Site Managers runs your job full-time, supported by a Site Engineer for setting-out. Directors visit and inspect — not as a courtesy, but as a checkpoint on quality.

Handover & All-Risk

Where you want it, we carry all-risk through to completion — drainage adoptable, section agreements satisfied, the groundworks closed out properly before we walk off.
