Comprehensive Annual Physical
A 60-minute head-to-toe evaluation including history review, full physical exam, ECG, and a personalized preventive plan. Designed for adults who take long-term health seriously.
Dr. Stephen Saltz practices unhurried, evidence-based internal medicine for adults who want a physician who knows their name, their history, and the difference between treating a chart and treating a person.
For twenty-four years, Dr. Saltz has practiced the kind of medicine that cannot be rushed — the kind that begins with a full history, a careful exam, and the patience to ask a second question when the first answer is not quite complete.
Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the practice serves adults across Palm Beach County who are looking for more than a seven-minute visit and a prescription pad. Whether you are managing a complex chronic condition, seeking a second opinion, or simply due for a thorough annual, the office is structured to give you the time and attention that good medicine requires.
Dr. Saltz is board-certified in internal medicine and trained at Mount Sinai. He built this practice on a simple premise: that the patient-physician relationship is the most powerful diagnostic tool we have — and that it works only when given enough time to do its work.
The clinic runs on a hybrid model. Traditional fee-for-service visits are available to all, and a limited concierge membership panel of 300 patients ensures same-day access, extended visits, and direct communication with the physician when you need it.
Every service below is delivered personally by Dr. Saltz or under his direct supervision. Prices are transparent, published, and inclusive of follow-up communication unless otherwise noted. No surprise bills, no facility fees.

A 25-minute video visit for medication adjustments, lab review, or check-ins between in-person appointments. Available to established patients across the state of Florida.
Most internal medicine practices in South Florida operate on volume — fifteen patients a day, seven minutes each, a referral for anything that doesn't fit the slot. Dr. Saltz built his practice in the opposite direction. The result is care that catches things earlier, explains things more fully, and rarely leaves you wondering what comes next.
Below are the four commitments every patient — fee-for-service or concierge — can expect from the first visit forward.
The West Palm Beach office was designed around calm — natural light, warm materials, and a layout that keeps the consultation room at the center of the practice rather than the reception desk. Take a look before you visit.
Tell us a little about why you're coming in and when you'd like to be seen. A member of the office will respond within one business day to confirm the time, gather any prior records, and walk you through what to expect at your first visit.
New patients are currently being accepted for both fee-for-service and concierge membership. If you're transferring care from another primary care physician, we'll handle the records request on your behalf.
