The clinic focuses on adults eighteen and older, with particular depth in chronic disease management: hypertension, type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, and the slow-moving cardiac and renal issues that define long-term primary care. Acute visits — respiratory infections, joint pain, medication reviews — are handled in-house, often the same day.
